Shalvino Red

is dry, ed, table wine, which is obtained as a result of complete alcohol fermectation of a dreg of the gra species of Saperavi. It is limpid, with color ranging from red to the dark red color an it is characterized by complete, harmoniou aroma and bouquet, honey and cherry flavor peculiar to Saperavi wine species.
The physical-chemical parameters of wine ethyl alcohol content by volume - 10,0-13 %; mass concentration of sugar - 3,0-5,0 g/dm3 ; mass concentration of the titrable acid recounted on tartaric acid - 4,0-6,5 g/dm3 ; mass concentration of the volatile acid recounted on acetic add of no more than 1,3 gidm3; mass concentration of reduced extract of no less than 20,0 g/dm3; total mass concentration of the sulphuric acid - not more than 210,0 rng/dm3 including free of no more than 30,0 mg/dm3.
